General Information:

• After registering for the General Assembly you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
• Voting information will be shared closer to the date of the GA.

Guidelines:

• Voting by proxy or by mail is not permitted.
• If you are not the voting representative for your institution or if you hand over voting rights to an individual member, the voting representative must still register separately via this form.
• Per institution, only one person may exercise voting rights at the General Assembly.
• If multiple individuals from your institution attend, only one may be designated as voting representative.
• The voting representative must be physically present at the General Assembly.
• Multiple attendees are allowed from the same institution but only one can vote.
