Claudia Jericho

SAR Interim Executive Officer

Claudia Jericho is a visionary executive with over 30 years of experience in the Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries (CCSI), specialising in connecting economy and culture.

In the last decade, she co-established EIT Culture & Creativity, Europes leading funding organisation for innovation by CCSI, and has held leading roles at CREATIVE.NRW, the institution for CCSI under North Rhine-Westphalia's Ministry of Economic Affairs, and for GIZ (German Agency for International Cooperation) supporting CCSI development in the Global South, while also currently advising KreativBund, the German federal government's cluster organisation for CCSI, on building structures for public funding institutions from communal and regional to state level.

Collaborating with public institutions and private organisations, Claudia has developed policy frameworks, governance models, structural strategies and innovation projects for creative ecosystems across European and global landscapes. Her work bridges the arts and business, building strategic partnerships for sustainable ecosystem development and innovation, and delivering value in complex, collaborative environments.
