Portal Partner Seminar 21/10/2026: Portal Partner Exchange

This year, we are introducing a slightly different format for Portal Partners, alternating between Portal Partner Exchanges and Thematic Seminars led by SAR and the Research Catalogue team.

The Portal Partner Exchanges will be opportunities for Portal Partners to come together to discuss questions, experiences, challenges and ideas around working with the Research Catalogue. They will be more conversation-based and give you a chance to exchange with other Portal Partners as well as with the SAR and RC teams. This format is an experiment, and it comes directly out of what you have shared with us - in Rome and after the seminars - that one of the things you really value is talking to each other, comparing experiences and picking up ideas.

In this first Exchange, we will open the seminar with a short introduction: where we are after the General Assembly, what we are currently reviewing, and how this connects to the process leading up to the 18th. SAR International Conference in Bratislava, 2027. This will be followed by an open conversation where we can talk together about what you are currently doing with your Portal, questions or challenges you are encountering, and what you would like to explore further with the Research Catalogue. We will also share the full programme of Exchanges and Seminars for the season, so you can plan ahead.
